B's Route has New Origin AS

As of 2017-02-28, B-Root’s IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes are originating from a new AS, AS394353.

This transition is part of continued upgrades to B’s service. There should be no user-visible change in service with this routing change, but it is part of future plans.

We thank Los Nettos (AS226) for routing B-Root for many years, and for continuing to serve as our network provider.
